28-3: workshops on bread and soup

3pm: Bread Making Workshop
Yolanda from the bread baking collective in Porto will teach us how to make bread, in our pizzaoven, using sourdough and local products on a traditional ecological way.
At 7pm we’ll put the oven on so the first breads shall be finished at the time we finish the next workshop:

8pm: The Cook’s Cutting Techniques
How do you cut your veggies quick and easy? Baaf Vonk will teach us different Cutting Techniques using biological veggies! We’ll end up with lots of soup from the cutted vegetables to eat with the bread, or with self baked pizza…. Let’s celebrate the spring with this food-feast!
